As the incidences of active shooter situations increase, knowledge can make the difference between life and death. An active shooter is defined as one or more individuals actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a populated area. The Dallas Police Department will provide fast, critical thinking skills if you find yourself or your loved ones in this situation. In an active shooter situation, every second counts!
