members, non-profit and corporate groups.
Who is the Dallas County Dental Society? We are the local
component of the Texas and American Dental Associations, a
non-profit professional association for dentists, and an important
resource to the community since 1908. Our building, purchased
in 1999, is a home for dentistry in the Dallas area and serves
as a venue for dental continuing education programs for every
member of the dental team.
We offer:
The Dr. O.V. Cartwright Reception Hall: a 450 square foot
foyer perfectly suited for registration and a pre-function
gathering.
The Dr. Paul P. Taylor Executive Board Room: a 300 square
foot meeting room with a substantial conference table that
seats 14. This room has a built-in screen and marker board.
The Dr. D. Lamar Byrd Auditorium: a 1,650 square foot
meeting room that can be arranged with theater-style seating
for 200, or classroom-style seating with tables for up to
88 attendees. If needed for smaller meetings, the auditorium
may be divided in half via a soundproof wall. This room
is also equipped with a built-in screen and marker board.
We welcome your meeting to our professional, friendly environment
that is conducive to learning and camaraderie.
