The
purpose of Leadership DCDS is to identify, educate and develop future
leaders for the profession of dentistry and to motivate these potential
leaders for community, professional and charitable involvement. Monthly
interactive workshops, speakers and events will provide the format for
personal and professional growth.
Leadership
DCDS will begin with identifying your leadership style and understanding
effective strategic planning for our practices and our profession. Access
to care issues, building relationships and understanding diversity will
move to leadership strengths and ethics in dentistry. Education, community
health, mission and values will be the tools as you learn financial skills
for leadership and life. San Antonio, home of the TDA Annual Session,
will bring this journey of leadership to an exciting celebration.
