 2008 PRESIDENT, DR. JEAN BAINBRIDGE

Dr. Michael Stuart passes the gavel to Dr. Jean Bainbridge, 2008 Dallas County Dental Society President.

DENTIST OF THE YEAR

Awards Chairman, Dr. Lee Oneacre presents the 2008 Dentist Of The Year Award to Dr. Terry Darden. Dentist of the year is given to DCDS members based on character, excellence, service to the community including family, church, service and civic organizations, contributions to dentistry in private practice, to organized dentistry and emphasis on total patient care.

PRESIDENT'S AWARD

Dr. Michael Stuart presented Dr. Moody Alexander with the DCDS President's Award for his invaluable service during Dr. Stuart's term this past year as president.

LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

Dr. Patricia Blanton receives the DCDS Lifetime Achievement Award.  This award is given to a member who has made considerable contributions to dentistry and DCDS over the course of their lifetime.

FACULTY AWARD

Dr. Gil Triplett accepts the DCDS 2008 Faculty Award from President, Dr. Michael Stuart.  This award is given to an individual who is in good standing with their peers both ethically and professionally and an active participant in research, education or service, outstanding teacher and lecturer at Baylor College of Dentistry.

VETERAN'S AWARD

Dr. Michael Stuart, President and Mr. Alan Bobbitt of Procter & Gamble

present the 2008 Veteran's Award To Dr. Robert Londeree.

LAYPERSON OF THE YEAR

Mr. Erle Nye received the DCDS Layperson of the Year Award for his significant contribution to dentistry.
