Office Policy Manual
The Office Policy Manual offered by Dallas Dental
Services Inc. is designed for dental offices that have fewer
than 15 employees, assume operation solely within the
State of Texas and subscribe to workers' compensation insurance.
If this is not the case, the Application and Employee Information
Record and parts of this Manual will need to be modified,
and you should consult your own legal counsel regarding the
needed changes.
The Office Policy Manual has been reviewed
by DDS, Inc.'s legal counsel for compliance with applicable
federal and Texas statutes and regulations. However, the information
presented here is not intended to provide legal advice. Accordingly,
if you have a specific legal question, you should consult
with the legal counsel of your choice.
As part of the service we provide with the purchase
of this Manual, and our office will customize this manual after
you make the necessary and indicated additions and/or deletions.
We will provide you with a final typed copy for your office.
This Office Policy Manual is set up so that each subject
is covered on a separate page, which allows you to remove any
pages that are not applicable to your practice. You may also
delete specific benefits listed in the Benefits Section that
you do not offer. Also, please note the 'blank lines' into
which you are to hand-write the specific policies that apply
to your practice.
Office policies must be applied uniformly to every
applicant and employee. Failure to do so may subject your
practice to claims of discrimination.
